The special synthetic non-woven bonded filter is suitably reinforced to ensure high performance, efficiency and longer service life. It is pressed in the form of a fabric and given special treatment which prevents fungus growth. This media is supported with G.I. or aluminium wire mesh and folded into form accordion pleats held rigid by spacers to ensure large dust holding capacity high flow rate and low pressure drop across the filter. A sheet metal frame with flange encloses the pleated medium with necessary seals. Soft non-permeable gaskets are also provided on the flange of the frame for ensuring sealing between the filter and the mounting frame.
